With courage, compassion and commitment, I partner with individuals and couples in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Phase One:  Coaching Assessment

In phase one, the client(s) and I will work together to:

  • Understand the client’s unique situation, challenges, goals and opportunities
  • Complete appropriate interviews/assessments
  • Identify themes – strengths and development areas from the interview/assessment findings
  • Create a coaching plan which aligns with the needs of both the individual or couple
  • Discuss and identify the measures of success

Phase Two: Coaching Engagement

During phase two, the client and I will meet regularly to:

  • Explore thinking and behavior patterns relative to goals and outcomes
  • Develop strategies for new thinking and behaviors patterns
  • Experiment with the strategies
  • Provide information on tools and techniques to support development and change
  • Complete a mid-term coaching evaluation to assure alignment between coach and client

Phase Three:  Coaching Completion

In phase three, the client and I will complete the coaching relationship by:

  • Complete a final assessment to measure progress against development areas
  • Assess satisfaction with overall coaching experience, behavioral change and life impact
  • Agree on strategies and support necessary to sustain change and growth
  • Close coaching engagement
